Detailed programme for 2-Day Gold Rush Adventure
Day 1- Individual arrival and arrival at the hotel
- Visit to the gold mining museum in the Stockalperturm
- Gold diggers' dinner
- Meeting point 09.00 am (With call bus 8.45 am) at the Gold Miners Office, Gondo village square
- Welcome
- Drive to the Zwischbergental either in your own private car or with an organised on-call bus
- Short hike to the former "Leopold" adit, Introduction to the history of the gold rush
- Extraction of gold-bearing ore with hammer and chisel
- Hike to the "Big Water" and lunch by the stream
- Gold digger's lunch from the barbecue
- Gold panning with introduction and support from the gold panning instructor
- Gold panning test - Receipt of the gold panning certificate
- Ca. 16.00/16.30 End of the adventure
