The ‘Briger Wochenmarkt’ association runs a weekly market with local and agricultural products. Buying directly from producers should encourage more conscious food purchasing and promote Valais specialities. Face-to-face meetings between farmers/producers and buyers are facilitated here.
New vendors are welcome. There is the option to participate as a guest vendor on certain Saturdays or to register for the whole year.
