Urs Zimmermann is the chef of the house. In addition to fine salads, classic Valais specialities and a renowned fillet of rack of lamb in a herb coating, we offer a selection of award-winning cordon bleus - there is bound to be something for everyone.

In summer you can also enjoy salad and vegetables from our own garden. In our changing monthly hits, you can choose from seasonal dishes.
