After visiting the saffron museum, we hike along the saffron nature trail around the saffron fields. We visit the flowering saffron crops and learn more about saffron from the information boards along the way. The path is easy to walk with good footwear and takes about 50 minutes.
Afterwards we will head to the Hotel Haus Schönstatt. There you will be greeted by chef Fabio with an aperitif. Together with Fabio you will cook a saffron risotto and he will give you tips and tricks.
We will end the evening with a cosy meal of saffron risotto and a good glass of wine.
