The Oberwalliser Vokalensemble, under the direction of Hansruedi Kämpfen, presents an exceptional concert with works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Pēteris Vasks.
The choir is accompanied by the renowned CHAARTS Chamber Artists under the direction of concertmaster David Castro-Balbi. This outstanding ensemble unites first-class chamber musicians from Switzerland and around the world to form a unique ensemble.
You can also look forward to two outstanding soloists: Chelsea Zurflüh from Biel and Shira Patchornik from Israel, who are regarded as shining stars in the international singing firmament. The quartet of soloists will be joined by tenor Michele Concato and bass Alessandro Nuccio.
The concert will take place on April 26, 2025 at 18:00 in the Kollegiumskirche in Brig . With a Gold Ticket, you have the opportunity to take part in an introduction to the work with an aperitif in the Kollegium's boarding school cellar at 17:00 . This introduction will be given by Adrian Zenhäusern, musician and teacher at the Kollegium.
